Please allow me to introduce myself.  I am  Ed Benson of Apex Home Inspectors, LLC.  I am a CERTIFIED MASTER INSPECTOR, this is our 8th year. Although the company is pretty new, I have a long history in construction that began with my father, a life-long building contractor.  From an early age I worked with him doing everything from picking up trash to sweeping floors, and as I grew older he made sure I worked in all the construction trades including concrete, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, insulation, roofing and whatever else was necessary.  At the time I didn’t realize what great experience I was getting.  Because of this background I know and understand all aspects of building homes and commercial buildings from the ground up.

After my father passed away in the early 1980’s I continued in the construction field. I moved into concrete cutting and demolition, growing a small business into a large successful company that continues to thrive today.

Several years ago I decided I had enough of running companies and dealing with employees, so I sold my business and began looking for my next ‘career’, preferring to be more “hands on”.  When I reviewed my years of experience it was clear that Home Inspection was a perfect fit.
As a long time self-employed business owner, I know how hard you have to work to make a sale, and I am asking that you give me an opportunity to work for you and your clients.  I guarantee that you will receive a very thorough, professional inspection that will assure your clients are able to make an informed decision.

If I find a problem with a home, my expertise will allow me to communicate the issues to your client without scaring them; concerns over litigation will be mitigated, and you’ll get to the closing table sooner.

I am a member of the two largest national licensing boards, NAHI. & INTER-NACHI
I also offer Home buyer warranties, at low or no cost to the buyer, as a member of
“The American Home Warranty Company”.  Both of these entities require at least 250 paid inspections, and a comprehensive review and test, to gain membership.

I am an inspector for Inspect Solutions, a national warranty claims company dealing with companies such as Home Depot and Lowe’s.  I am also an inspector for Phase One Inspections, a national Environmental mitigation company.
